A lot of things are end around us. Especially, in the fictional world! Two of the biggest and most iconic fictional universe have begun their end already- The Avengers of the Marvel Universe and the Game of Thrones. While so much is happening there, I hear a lot is happening at your work place as well. So, you are confused whether or not it’s time to quit your job, eh? Your job is calling for the #EndGame or not can easily be understood by these signs. All you have to do is observe carefully!
You Are Not Happy

This is actually pretty simple and believe it or not, deep inside, you always know it. You always know whether or not you are happy with your current job. It is important to be conscious of your own feelings related to the work you do every day. If you are clearly unhappy and feel miserable doing what you are asked to do at your current job, it is probably the clearest sign for you do quit the job. It is not just about happiness, in fact. If you feel bored, disrespected, and completely out of place; it is time to look for a new place for yourself and your skills.
You Are Happy But It’s Still Not What You Want
Sometimes, a job makes you happy and yet the outcome of it all seems meaningless to you. It could be because yours and your company’s principles do not align at all. It could be because you are not following your passion. You need to believe in the work you are doing. It is not just about the process. Okay, you enjoy the process. But are satisfied with the outcome? If not, it will just continue being a job and you will never find your true potential.

So if your work load and the amount of time you give to the company keeps increasing but the compensation doesn’t, it is time to reconsider your choices. You deserve the paycheck you receive at the end of every month and you should not be made to feel grateful for having received it. If the company earns well and you have been delivering consistently good performance, it should reflect on your salary as well. Otherwise, what’s the point? Neither you nor the company is here for charity, you both mean business and in business, money matters. So, as soon as you realize you are not being paid your worth, start looking for a job change.
If any or more than one of these signs are evident in your work life, it is time for you to quit your job. And you should do it, WHATEVER IT TAKES!
