Rahul Jain Releases Cover Of Aapke Pyaar Mein Hum Savarne Lage Song From The Original Raaz Film

This one was originally sung by Alka Yagnik

Playback singer Rahul Jain has released a new song called Aapke Pyaar Mein Hum Savarne Lage. If that name sounds familiar, that’s because it’s a recreation of the Nadeem-Shravan number from the 2002 film Raaz which starred Bipasha Basu and Dino Morea. This reprised version has been uploaded onto the Pehchan Music YouTube channel, where it has grabbed more than 2 lakh views in two days.

Rahul Jain’s Aapke Pyaar Mein Hum Savarne Lage features a much slower pace than that of the original. It’s an unplugged version which only uses a guitar for its music. The song makes use of both the stanzas from the original. The lyrics, which were written by Sameer, really do stand out even after all these years. And Rahul Jain’s voice really manages to do justice to them.

Rahul’s singing performance relies on the mellowed down the tone of the new composition. He hence prefers to sing with a slightly grainy voice that adds an emotional touch to the already emotional song. He very much prefers doing unplugged versions of old songs, which is also evident from all his other covers that are present on YouTube.

His cover of Dil De Diya Hai Jaan Tumhe Denge has earned 19 million views on YouTube till date, while the unplugged version of Pardesi Pardesi isn’t falling far behind with 18 million views. Rahul Jain also recently sang and composed the title track for the Colors TV show Bepannah. He has sung this duet along with Roshni Shah.

Rahul’s Bollywood journey started in 2016 with the film Fever, which starred Rajeev Khandelwal and Gauhar Khan in lead roles. He had sung the song Teri Yaad in this film. He recently also gave his voice to a song from the film 1921, directed by Vikram Bhatt.
