Yet another song from the upcoming film, Kabir Singh has been released by T-Series. The music video for this one shows the initial days of passion and innocent love between the two main characters. Shahid Kapoor is shown as a professor of Kiara Advani’s character, who skips his lectures to go roaming with her on his bike. This track has been composed and sung by Vishal Mishra, while its lyrics have been penned by Manoj Muntashir.
The song starts with the words, “Hansta rehta hu tujhse mil kar kyu aaj kal. Badle badle hain mere tevar kyun aaj kal. Aankhein meri har jagah, dhoondhe tujhe bewajah. Ye main hoon ya koi aur hai meri tarah.” As for the chorus, it goes, “Kaise hua, kaise hua. Tu itna zaroori kaise hua.” But the line that really takes the cake is, “Main baarish ki boli samajhta nahi tha. Hawaaon se main yun ulajhta nahi tha. Hai seene mein dil bhi, kahaan thi mujhe ye khabar.”
Kaise Hua has been composed very well. It lets out a very romantic vibe till the very end. Vishal Mishra has treat it as a rock song, making ample use of the electric guitar and drums. The soundtrack of Kabir Singh has already given us some unforgettable songs in the form of Bekhayali and Tujhe Kitna Chahne Lage.
Kabir Singh is a film being directed by Sandeep Vanga, who had also written and directed Arjun Reddy, the Telugu flick on which this one is based. Its story follows a surgeon who goes on a self-destructive path after his ex-lover marries someone else. Apart from Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani, it also stars Suresh Oberoi, Arjan Bajwa, Adil Hussain and Nikita Dutta in lead roles.
Kabir Khan will be seen hitting theatres across India on June 21. Let us wait and see whether it will achieve the same kind of success that its original version did.
