Rajkumar Hirani, director of the movie ‘Sanju’ which, as we all know is the biopic of Sanjay Dutt released sometime quite recently has gained a lot of appreciation on the national level for his movie. Now, the director himself and actor Vicky Kaushal who played the part of Sanjay Dutt’s friend Kamlesh Kanhaiyalal Kapasi have decided to screen ‘Sanju’ in Australia for the students of ‘La Trobe University’ which is one of the best Universities in Australia with students from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds. The movie is going to be screened as a part of IFFM, Indian Film Festival of Melbourne.
As per reports, Rajkumar Hirani has thought of the event in vivid details already. At first, he would personally introduce the movie to the students of the said University in which his speech would consist of Sanjay Dutt and his life in a nutshell. Then, the movie would be shown to the students.

Hirani is too excited and anxious to show his movie to students of a different community altogether. In one of his interviews, he stated that it is always exciting to connect to the audience of a different diaspora, especially children who are in their learning stages of life. He further added that it would be an interesting experience to interact with the students through this movie which has been so well received by people of all ages. Plus, there is more to this movie than just a normal story of man; it makes everybody understand the importance of good decisions and a strong support system in life.
IFFM would take place from August 10th to August 22nd of this year. Vicky Kaushal and Rajkumar Hirani are also excited to be championing and speaking about the theme this year: the cause of inclusion.

‘Sanju’ has also been termed as one of the highest selling movies of Rajkumar Hirani’s career. Hirani has been asked to be a chief guest at IFFM, which has also nominated ‘Sanju’ for various categories this year namely, ‘Best Movie’, ‘Best Actor’, ‘Best Director’ and ‘Best Supporting Actor’.
