It’s natural to feel alone and unloved, but if you are willing to give it one last shot, there are a few helplines in India who are actually there to listen to you, without being judgmental at all, and ready to offer you the kind of support that can help you feel better, and find out a way to make things right, the way you want.
When you feel no one is there to listen to you anymore, pick up the phone and dial any one of the following numbers for free.
This helpline is based out of Hyderabad and someone is always available on this number, who will listen to you when no one else is listening or is willing to spend some time just being with you. You can call them from 11 am to 9 pm from Monday to Saturday.

This helpline is a 24X7 number and you can call them on any day of the week and during any time through the day or night. The volunteers here will make sure you don’t feel alone and you will feel comfortable sharing any thoughts and issues with them. In fact, if you want you can also write to them anonymously and drop a mail at email@example.com
You can connect with them on any day of the week from 12 pm till 8 pm. Not only will they listen to you and help you share anything that is bothering you, they will also help you in case you are feeling low and depressed because you have lost a friend or close person due to suicide or any other reason. In addition to the helpline, they also conduct various workshops and seminars that can help people deal with depressing and suicidal emotions in a better way.
The Cooj Mental Health Foundation helpline has been working since 2013 and the volunteers will also help you cope with any kind of stress or anxiety you are feeling. You can call them from Monday to Friday from 3 pm to 7 pm.
While the helplines could be in any part of the country, you can call in from wherever you are in India. All the centers maintain strict confidentiality, and your name, number and whatever you speak is not disclosed to anyone.
