It is mandatory to consume vegetable salads. Next step is to avoid sugar addition. You can probably replace the white sugar with palm jaggery.

Include grains and vegetables in your diet by preparing parathas and stuffed rotis. Minimize your dairy consumption and addiction to products like curd, ghee and butter.

Choose your cooking oils carefully. Olive oil is also a great option but if you are running short on your budget, purchase non-refined oils and use it for your dishes. Also, include fruits and nuts at least once a day. After a sumptuous lunch, you can eat fruits topped with nuts and it will manage your appetite levels.

The best part about this diet is it automatically results in weight control and balances your intake and this eliminates the worry about fitness and exercise.

This diet is not only planet friendly but also pocket friendly and healthy!
