Virat Kohli follows a supremely healthy diet by being off gluten and off wheat. He likes a protein-rich diet of salmon, sushi and lamb chops. He likes to drink a lot of water to stay clear of dehydration. And like the old saying says ‘Early to bed, early to rise’, the Indian captain like to hit the bed by 9 or 9.30 pm.

Dhoni loved to indulge in butter chicken, yellow dal, milkshake, and stocks chocolates bar. But with time he has shifted a more protein-rich diet. His breakfast now includes four egg whites, fresh fruit, and porridge. For lunch, he usually eats chicken or a chicken sandwich, salad, and milkshake.
