Lemongrass is an ingredient used mainly in Southeast Asian curries and teas. It is used to extract a citrusy and lemony flavor. It is somewhat a mix of lemon and lemon mint, so not as sour and as bitter as lemon. I’m not a person who is very fond of lemon or sour flavours, but I really loved this ice cream. Its bold, smooth, tangy and just beautiful.
