It apparently marks the beginning of the love week and one can see all the florists happily smiling with roses sold at thrice their usual price! So what exactly is Rose Day?
It is a day when one can propose to someone they love by giving them roses. However, today rose day is not just celebrated by people in love but anyone can gift a rose to people they love, like their parents, siblings, brothers, sisters, friends etc.
