The darling girl of Bollywood, Alia Bhatt has been charming her audiences since her debut as the lead actress in Student of The Year (2012). However, like many of us are already aware, Alia did not always possess the fit physique she flaunts now. Alia is a faithful gym goer and she never lazes out from her regular gym training. Alia’s exercises have a comprehensive target, which aims at the overall fitness of her body. After her warm-up and the treadmill, Alia’s gym exercises include dumbbell raises, push-ups, crunches, bicep curls, triceps and lateral pull-downs, squats etc. Apart from following this regime 3-4 times a week, Alia also does Cardio exercises daily and she loves to do Pilates to stay fit.
Dancing Her Fat And Worries Away
There have been several occasions, when we have stayed glued to the screens, looking at Alia Bhatt and her sizzling dance moves in the dance numbers in movies. Yes, Aloo loves to dance her worries away along with her fat. Although she nails almost every dance form, her favourites are ballet and kathak.
Alia Believes In Eating Right To Look Bright
Although we may give credit to her workout regime and her exercising practices for her fitness, it actually has been her diet that played a more important role in her journey to lose weight and get fit. Alia swears by eating healthy and she thus loves to include a lot of fruits and vegetables into her diet. Her diet also includes lots of healthy proteins that she gains from eating dals and curries. Overall, Alia’s diet consists of food that mostly has low-carb, low-calories and she avoids food that contains fat and cholesterol and she ensures that she finishes all her meals, at least 2 hours before she hits the bed.
Like every fit person has cheat days, Alia does too. Alia really loves her desserts, but ensures that they have a lesser sugar content. Her birthday cakes are mostly rich in proteins, and low in fats, calories and carbs.
For Her Radiant And Squeaky Clean Skin
Don’t you wish you had as glowing a skin as Alia sports, even when she is with minimal makeup or no makeup at all? Well, for her skin health, Alia believes in drinking lots and lots of water, so that this habit can flush all the harmful toxins out of her body. Apart from that, Alia also practices regular yoga sessions, to keep herself flexible and keep her skin healthy.
